Spring Break Retreat 2010 for International Students of Transworld Institute of Technology

Led by the Section Chief Pengo with the accompany of the three Section Coordinators, Zoe, Kevin, and Una of International Student Affairs subordinated to the Center for International Affairs (CIA), the international students of Transworld Institute of Technology (TIT) enjoyed their one-week long spring break holiday to their fullest extent!

The Spring Break Retreat 2010 included three group package tours. The first itinerary, Alisan (Mt. Ali), where phytoncide, divine trees, sea of clouds abounds, had long been what our Mainland Chinese exchange students were looking forward to visiting since they were in their childhood.

The second-round trip to Kenting, aka. the best place for water activities islandwide, co-organized by International Students Friendship Association (ISFA) of TIT, resembled those luxury excursions, culinary tours, and feel-good travel!

The Penghu islands (the so-called Pescadores, “Fishermen’s Islands” in Portuguese) journey culminated the Spring Break Retreat 2010 for all members. Chatting with our friends and looking at the stars twinkling over the ocean, while savoring the BBQ seafood delights with the evening breeze blowing from the sea, who could ask for more?

Transworld Institute of Technology is proud to host events on a regular basis catering to the interests of our international students. With the participation of our international students, we truly make studying abroad at TIT a worthwhile experience!
